Mary K. McCullough

Mary K. McCullough originally joined Albin Roach as an associate in 2016, where she practices exclusively in the firm’s Family Law Section. Mary began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Dallas. Working as a prosecutor, Mary represented the State of Texas and the City of Dallas in both pre-trial and trial settings, conducting numerous jury and bench trials involving violations of the Texas Penal Code, the Texas Transportation Code, and the Dallas City Code. With family law litigation, Mary is able to leverage her experience negotiating both inside and outside the courtroom.

Mary’s practice seeks to provide clients optimal resolutions in the areas of child custody actions, divorce, and modifications of post-divorce and child support orders. Clients facing these circumstances have come to expect Mary’s understanding, diligence, and tenacity.

In the DFW community, Mary is involved with various dog rescue organizations, specializing in foster programs and spay/neuter awareness.

Prior to attending law school, Mary graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Journalism from Ohio University.

Mary received her J.D. from Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law, where she graduated in the top tier of her class. During law school, Mary served as an instructor for the Law and Leadership Institute, where she was responsible for curriculum planning, content delivery, and assessment of under-served 11th grade students. In this role, she discovered her passion for family law. In the following summer, Mary was able to explore this passion further while serving as a summer associate for a Dallas-based law firm.
