Bio

Maddy is a 2017 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Presbyterian College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science. She was a D1 soccer player and a member of Alpha Delta Pi at Presbyterian College of North Carolina. Maddy later moved to Texas and graduated from Texas A&M in 2020 where she was a participant of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and Family and Veterans Advocacy Clinic. She was also recognized at her graduation from Texas A&M with the Clinical Award for Professionalism and Leadership.

Although Maddy is licensed in North Carolina and Texas, she thankfully decided to join the Albin Oldner Law team in our family law section. She has worked closely with mentor and head of family law, Chris Oldner on various types of family law matters.

Outside of work, Ms. Clark serves as a member of Attorneys Serving the Community whose mission is to bring together women lawyers who collectively utilize their resources and talents to support local non-profit organizations whose programs benefit women, children, and families. You can also find her hiking and continuing to play soccer and tennis. Her favorite movie is Catch Me If You Can (or really any movie with Leonardo DiCaprio).

Why did she become an Attorney? In her own words, “I became an attorney because my first passion is helping people. As an attorney, you are in the unique position where you are able to help individuals in ways they would not be able to do on their own.”
