Prior to hiring Albin Oldner Law, PLLC, a Collin County business had lost a case on summary judgment and was ordered to pay a significant judgment. After hiring our firm, our lawyers obtained a reversal of the summary judgment and then successfully defended the case at trial for breach of contract, fraud, and deceptive trade practices. Our client was able to prove his lack of control over the driver and the jury rendered a take nothing verdict after a several-weeks-long trial in Harris County.

Albin Oldner Law, PLLC’s civil litigation team represented an investor of real estate holdings in the Dallas area. The investor and his wife agreed to partition certain real estate holdings and memorialized the agreement on a handwritten document. After the wife died some two decades later, her heirs claimed that the handwritten agreement was invalid. After a trial on the merits, our client was awarded all of the property within the handwritten agreement as his sole and separate property. The award was appealed and was ultimately upheld by the Texas Supreme Court.
