Family Law Attorney
Albin Oldner Law is looking for a senior, partner level attorney to join our dynamic family law section. Board certification in family law is a plus, but not required. Our firm provides comprehensive family law solutions for high net worth divorce cases, high conflict contested custody matters, pre-marital and post-marital property agreements, protective orders and modifications. We focus on helping the parties find peaceful resolutions, emphasizing the importance of mediation and settlement in achieving satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved, while always maintaining courtroom readiness.

Qualifications
- JD granted 2018 or earlier
- Licensed by the Texas Bar
- People management and firm business leadership experience is a plus
- Proven ability to originate matters through dynamic networking including referrals from prior clients, community involvement and involvement in legal organizations
- Extensive experience in courts throughout north Texas counties to include Collin, Denton, Dallas, and Tarrant
- Experienced in matters involving high asset divorces, complex property divisions, and high conflict contested custody matters
- Is a team player who thrives in a work hard – play hard environment
